We're pretty strict with how we do takeout. Delivery is done using the company's electric car, but only to locations within a ten-mile radius in order to keep our carbon footprint down. All food being delivered and picked up is packaged in fully compostable materials. From paper boxes to utensils made from corn husks, we have it all.
